We share work-in-progress images during the process so feedback can be incorporated before the final render is produced. The number and scope of revisions can be agreed upon before the project begins.

Yes. Feedback is an expected part of the visualization process. Changes to materials, lighting, landscaping, furniture, camera positioning, and other details can usually be incorporated depending on the agreed scope.

Pricing is based on factors such as project complexity, modelling requirements, number of images, resolution, level of detail, and turnaround time. Each project is quoted individually.

Both approaches are possible depending on the scope. Smaller projects may be priced per image, while larger packages can be quoted as a complete project.

Yes. Reference images are useful for defining the desired lighting, atmosphere, colour palette, material expression, and overall visual direction.

The primary deliverable is the final rendered imagery. If the 3D model is required as part of the deliverables, this should be agreed upon before the project begins.

Yes. All project files, drawings, models, references, and related information are treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. Completed final visuals may, however, be used for our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

Yes. The entire process can be handled remotely through email, file sharing, and online communication.

Payment terms are confirmed with the quotation before work begins. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before commencement, with the remaining balance due at the time of final delivery.

Minor adjustments can usually be incorporated within the agreed revision process. Significant changes to the design, modelling, number of views, or project scope may require an updated quotation.
